Wifi not working after upgrading pc

I have a Mediatek Ralink Wifi adapter. The wifi was working fine while it was running windows 8 but after upgrading my laptop to windows 8.1 i cannot access my wifi on my pc.
The wifi router works fine.

Not surprised, you will need to download and reinstall the driver. I've had several clients have network adapters stop working after updating to 8.1. Driver reinstalls usually get them working again.

You should be able to download the driver from your PC manufacturers website or directly from the adapters manufacturers site.

I have done that several times but still it gives me the same result.

nope.Still the same.What should I do now.And yes even the bluetooth is not working.
