Hi I have a 760 GPU that's not working above 50% causing frame rate drops in games that it should be able to handle with ease. These are my specs:

I5 4670
xfx pro 550W
Asrock z87 extreme 4
8gb Ram Single stick
SSd 128gb

I have never overclocked and have reformatted my pc once to no effect.

Thanks

Update your drivers
first uninstall the older one and completely remove the drivers
then download and install the drivers

How's that going to help? He's already telling that his gpu isn't getting taxed more than 50%.

Maybe try to upgrade the drivers for the motherboard too. See if you have the latest bios. Also look if there's a specific slot for that 1x8gb ram, look through the manual for that.

Look at the temps of the cpu and gpu too.

Download the next program=hwinfo32,

You can open hwinfo32,after that open the sensor window by marking sensors=V,after that click run.

Temps are fine not exceeding 50 Celsius I just put in a Sapphire 280x toxic performing worse than the 760...
