I'm back with an updated question. I had some graphics card issues for a while but can handle the situation for a little longer. Here's the problem: I wanted to buy a psu to replace my gc with a better one. Seasonic G-750 and Seasonic M12ii 620w are out of stock now (in my country), this is unbelievable. Now I'm wondering if my Xilence Red Wing 580w ( +12v1 20A +12v2 20A) can handle a R9 270, because if it works well after a few months I'll go for a new rig (a way better one ) and that's why I don't want to waste much money for a decent PSU. Also people say Broadwell will require a different PSU type so I don't want to buy Seasonic X series now.

My system is old here are the specs

Xilence Red Wing 580w
Gigabyte P43T-ES3G
Intel Q8300 2.5 Ghz Quad-Core
2 x 2 Gb Corsair 1600 Mhz
Seagate 1 TB SSHD
Sparkle Geforce GT 240

Thanks for replying, If it's true I found my solution here :) was that a 420 W psu ? which brand ? Do you think double rail cause a problem? I was thinking to buy GTX 750 Ti yesterday because some people said my psu can't reach more than 480 W. It's not a great card but performs better than R7 260x. The problem is 750Ti and R9 270 have almost same price in my country.

MSI GTX750Ti TwinFrozr Gaming 189 $
Asus R9 270 DirectCU II 2GB GDDR5 256Bit 218 $
