You will be able to play these games but not on medium or high. BF4 needs more than 4GB of RAM. You will max it out. The cpu is a dual core. All of those games like quad cores. Your question was could you play those games without lag, unless you lower the settings a lot, you will lag.

Upgrading your CPU won't affect your gaming. Upgrade your graphics card for better fps. Some high-end games may need that extra bit of RAM, but 4GB is fine realistically.

Upgrading the cpu will have an affect but you would need to buy an i5. And again, BF4 will use up all of your RAM. I think you should try the game out first and then make improvements to your pc one at a time.

Nope. You will need to lower the setting A LOT if you want to even play that game without a bit of lag.
I recommend you try upgrading your specs to Intel i5. Cheap compared to the others and will handle BF4 and the other games on medium settings; good enough for you to do well in the game. :)
Hope it helps! ^^

No. If you wanna see an increase in your performance and being able to raise the settings you'll need to upgrade your GPU.

118$ ... hmmm. That's tight. Try searching for an i5 within that budget; I know there is something within the budget.

AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core
3.5 GHz
$110 on NewEgg
$100 on Amazon

But your mobo only supports LGA 1155, so the i3-3240 is your best bet.
3.4 GHz
$120 on NewEgg and Amazon

i5 chips don't go below around $160
