corsair cx500m and gtx 970 OC

estimated wattage 183w with i5 4670k (3.4 ghz not oc) and corsair cx500m (456w) and evga 970 acx2.0 sc . i want overlock both gpu and cpu but i dont know it is safe. also i dont think change psu and system for 5-6 years. pls answer

what do you think about 80+ bronze psus?? can we overlock both cpu and gpu with these psus?

While 500w is theoretically enough for a system with a 970,this 500W PSU isn't gonna be enough.
Corsair CX series are poor quality and they shouldn't be used in a high end gaming system.
I would suggest an XFX Core 550W for your PSU.
EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W if you're gonna SLI in the future.

my case is matx:(  no modular psu is awful for me:(  my budget max 80$ for 500-600watt psu

Antec HCG 520M is a semi modular PSU and it's gonna be enough for the 970.
Also,MSI GTX 970 would be a better choice. EVGA has some issues like the loud cooler and one of three copper heatpipes isn't covering the GPU.
