Nope, that MoBo does not support SLI, as the second x16 (PCIe 2.0) runs at x4.

Agreed above, that blue slot below with the different clip is the slot that runs in X4. The cheaper Z97 boards don't allow you to run Crossfire/SLI to the best of the capabilities, hence the reason for the more expensive boards they offer. I would suggest buying a new board if you wish to SLI two 770's.

I'm sorry but I don't get in what context you are asking. The MoBo as a whole or just for SLI?

Depends on your region, and the choices, if you're in US, GigaByte's Z97MX G5 is $106 after rebates on NCIXUS, a great deal if you want SLI capability. Z97 EX3 is $120 from Newegg if you want ATX form factor (G5 is mATX).

So what region are you from and what site will you be using to purchase? Maybe we can provide you some alternatives w/o breaking th bank.

Well the choices aren't abundant, and from the available ones, the one you select seems like the best for the price asked, the best value/money MoBo which supports SLI from that site is Z97 EX4 which's quite higher in price:
