unsure about cables with NZXT Phantom 410 / trouble with fans

This is my first build, the computer is more or less running alright but the only fan i have running is the cpu heatsink. The case came with 3 cables (below) which I am unsure about. Would I be right in assuming that these are the (3-pin) fan connectors. If they are, then i don't know how to install them into my motherboard as the connector on the motherboard end is also male. All help appreciated.

Alright, I know what you mean. I had this case and it was difficult at first. There should be a bigger cable along with these connectors. Did you plug it in with a cable that comes with the PSU? If you do that, then the two of the three fans should start to work. I don't know how to get the third one running, but I do not need it. I ignored these small connectors, as far as I remember.
