Hey so my pc is getting old and I was wondering if anyone can help me chose the most suitable and cheapest way to upgrade my pc, This will be done over a period of months as I get paid etc so maybe a priorities list or something? With some advice on which.

Current Specs:

CPU: i5 3750k unclocked
GPU: HD Raedon 7850 2gb
RAM: 8Gb
PSU: Antec High current gamer 520w

I would like help on what the cheapest and best options for an upgrade on each of these is to make it a viable gaming rig for the near future games.

Current budget at the moment is maybe £250 this month.

The gtx 970 is worth it and will be able to play graphics intensive games on at least high settings, mostly ultra.

You may also need to get a new psu with higher wattage to support this new graphics card

Sorry was at work, checking now, I was thinking of shelling out for a gtx 970, You think that is a good idea?

I have a Gigabyte Technology Z77-DS3H

Yes that is the MOBO, My Budget as I said will vary each month as I don't plan on doing this all at once, This month is around £250 although I was thinking of getting a gtx 970 for £280 if its worth it. Every other month will be a lot less than this maybe £80 per month or so, I think the GPU is highest priorities but I could be wrong? I reckon that GPU would be able to play most games on high?

indeed. Thank you, I am also thinking of OCing my i5 seeing as I have the k version but at the moment I only have the stock cooler, Would you be able to recommend a cooler for OCing to maybe 4.2Ghz? On a budget of £50 max but cheaper if possible.
