AMD Richland A4 4000 or AMD Sepmrom 3000+?

I'm planning to buy a new PC (finally) but I want it to have a good processor, since I'm always rendering HD videos, my current PC has "AMD Sepmrom 3000+ /1.61GHz", and the one that I'm planning to buy has "AMD Richland A4 X2 4000 3.2GHz", can anyone tell me if the new one is better?

If you are rendering, (and on a budget)
get an FX-6300 and build the system yourself.

Found a site showing the specs, I don't know half of the stuff that it says, but I think it's better than my current one.
