It sounds like you have a heat related issue in the computer. Can you see the temps in your BIOS?

Remove the cover and check to see if all the fans spinning - you may have an issues with one or more of the fans. If all the fans are spinning properly - when was the last time the thermal paste was applied? You may need to clean the thermal paste off and apply new thermal paste.

All fans are spinning properly and have been cleaned about 2 days ago. Thermal paste was applied to cpu and both gpus when i cleaned my pc. My temps are around 36C which is normal for me on a hot day.

I thing you have a ram issue. Pull one and move it around and see what happens.

Same result. I noticed that my fans start of at moderate speed and 1 gpu fan wasn't spinning. After a few seconds all fans spin up as if the system is under load and shuts off completely.
