Battlefield 4 slower then BF3?

I've been playing BF4 since few days, i feel it is slower(not laggy) compare to BF 3. I've 60 FPS on 1080p ultra. is it that way it supposed to be??? or i'am i lagging? bcoz it dn't luk like i'm lagging. Sorry for my english.

My specs
Processor: i3 2120. 3.30 ghz
PSU: Corsair vs650
GPU: MSI GTX 660 2GB OC Edition
RAM: 8GB.

that is normal probably your monitor wont give 60 fps more and maybe you have vertical-sync(v-sync) turned on in the game or in the NVIDIA control panel and your cpu might be bottlenecking your GPU

when i lower the settings, at 720p low settings it goes more then 100fbs. Yes i've vertical sync on. i knw bout cpu but is it the cause?

The game is probably running fine, its probably just input lag. Input lag is basically when the mouse or keyboard input something to the computer but it ends up delayed instead of instantly.
