Whats your budget and needs? Why do you want a sound card so specifically?

You could not easily upgrade video card w/ that motherboard: It has just a pair of PCI Express x1 slots for expansion.

This would do:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Video Card: HIS Radeon HD 5450 1GB Video Card ($72.98 @ Newegg)
Sound Card: Asus Xonar DGX 24-bit 96 KHz Sound Card ($27.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $100.97
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Power Supply: EVGA 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($19.99 @ Newegg)
Sound Card: Asus Xonar DGX 24-bit 96 KHz Sound Card ($27.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $120.96

PS. This is too old for a gaming pc mate. This will be like a regular 2012 intel notebook. (Integrated: Intel HD Graphics 3000).
