I am looking into building my own gaming PC, but I don't know what parts I need and what would be the best for what I am looking for, so all the help I can get would be great. I would like to build a PC mainly for playing minecraft. I would like to be able to play vanilla and modded (40+ mods) on high settings without lag (60+ FPS). I would also like to be able to play on large servers without lag too. Also, I would like the PC to be able to load Internet Explorer (or any other web browser) fast and download items fast. One more thing, I would like to be able to play flash games like Happy Wheels without lag. I will not be playing any bigger games like Battlefield, because I mainly play xbox 360. I do not want to spent over $600, I could go a bit higher but not a lot more. Thank you to all who take the time to read this and help me out!

Would 16GB of RAM be too much or would that be better to go with? I know its more expensive but if it makes better by a lot then it could be worth it.
