what to know whether my motherbord will support r7 250 gpu

I have Asus m2n68-am motherbord and my configuration is
2gb ddr2 ram
amd phenom8450 triple core processor
450w power supply
I am planning to purchace Ati readon r7 250 1gb ddr5 gpu.
So will my motherbord support this gpu?

You'd have to go higher than that probably. I would look somewhere around a GTX 760 for games like those but by that point you'd need to pretty much need to build a newer computer otherwise your GPU will be severely handicapped.
