I have been playing Dark Souls 2 with my new computer and few times this has happened: Game crashes, I restart the game, I get blue screen. Now I found out what causes the blue screen (I think), I have 8091MB of RAM and a bit over 5000MB is cached after the game crashes and after I get blue screen or restart my computer, only about 1600-1700MB is cached.

That is the problem I have, now I'd like to know what could be causing it. Anyone have any ideas? Or any tips on how to lower the amount of cached RAM?

depends on the bugcheck code and what the memory .dmp actually indicates. You can put the memory .dmp file on a public server and someone can take a quick look with a windows debugger.
