Sometimes my computer crashes; black screen (no signal to monitor), computers still on but a fan in the computer spins faster as if it was overheating. I believe it's my graphics card, but i am not sure. It happens often but not so frequently. This is getting really annoying and I need some help. Here are my specs:

GPU: GeForce GTX 760
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670K CPU @ 3.40GHz
Memory: 8.00 GB RAM
Current Resolution: 1920 x 1080, 144Hz
Driver Version: 344.11
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 Pro

I tried it and now the problem is that the speed of the fan doesn't increase, now my screen alternates between going black and white. Any ideas why>
