Why 2 CPU coolers?
http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/jvZh23
Note: No one can guarantee that the RAM will work together.RAM manufactures sell RAM in kits of 2x2,2x4,2x8,4x4 etc because they've already tested it and it worked flawlessly. You have a 50-50 chance of using the two seperate DIMMs to work together. ;)

And the reason I want to use previous ram is I really shouldn't be using more than £609 yet people keep telling me to add on the price and I cant afford it.

Lol.
Use the RAM from your previous build, save 30 GBP,save some more money and get a new kit of RAM.
Makes sense now?

I would go with a build like this:
PCPartPicker part list: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/sFXKnQ
Price breakdown by merchant: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/sFXKnQ/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor (£128.34 @ Aria PC)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (£24.96 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Asus H81M-D PLUS Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£50.32 @ More Computers)
Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB WINDFORCE Video Card (£289.95 @ Ebuyer)
Case: Corsair Graphite Series 230T Black ATX Mid Tower Case (£53.70 @ CCL Computers)
Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (£46.35 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £593.62

Use the 4GB of RAM from your previous build UNTILL you save 60 quid for a new kit of RAM.

I have spent the best of a week perfecting my build. No offence but I want help with my PSU, not a new build. Thanks anyway.
