Lately my svhost has been spiking up in usage. When it would spike it, everything else would be slower and sometimes freezes up requiring a hard reset. It has been hitting up to around 1-2 Million and I really don't know how to stop it. http://puu.sh/bQqL8/f1d981286f.png
