So, my computer's been blue-screening constantly. It give me the error of:

*Regular blue screen info, nothing specific*
*** STOP: 0x0000001E (0x0000000000000000, 0xetc....) There are no special characters other than 0's.

I know quite a bit when it comes to this stuff, but I'm pressed on time right now. I have to do homework, and deal with this. Any help would be appreciated!

Side note: I am in safe mode right now, and have been for a while without it crashing, I forget what this means, but I know it's relevant.

Well, first I would like to suggest to you to recover all your data,as you may lose it.To do this, you can download a linux distro called parted magic and install it to your usb.You can google for this online.Once you finish making the usb,you van boot into it from your bios, where the distro will load and give you full access to your hdd without logging into windows.Tell me if it works

@Paul NZ,

It's a custom-built gaming pc. I won't go into specs right now, but it's running windows 7. And also, can you please explain how to upload the .dmp files, I know where to get them (C:/Windows/minidump) I'm just pretty pressed on time right now.

EtronXHCI.sys is causing one of the crashes, a 0x0000001e stop error. It looks like this belongs to USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller Driver.

See if there are any updates for this. Uninstall AMD overdrive if its installed. This is known to crash systems. Or disable it

Uninstall Kaspersky, this is known to cause crashes. Then use its removal tool

Uninstall ASRock RAM Disk if you dont need it

Uninstall Asrock ASRock App Charge programs like this can crash systems - This maybe the cause of the driver crash

Its possible AsRock XFastUSB is crashing something. As above

Directx is crashing, get this, extract/install it, it may fix that crash

Okay, I will try that in about 5 minutes, so please stay posted. What's the USB 3.0 Extensible Host Controller Driver? The only AMD programs I have are Catalyst and Gaming Evolved. Kaspersky is my only antivirus as of now, do you know of any other alternatives that are free and reliable? I believe the ASRock RAM Disk is my legitimate ram... The ASRock App Charge Programs are completely unknown to me, and I am not sure if xfast is a must-have or not. When I go to do all of these things, should I run normal windows, or safe-mode? Again, thanks for helping!

Just install MS security essentials for now. Once you remove these see if you can boot into normal windows.

Im not too sure if you can uninstall these in safe mode (if you cant boot into windows).

The app charger I think lets you charge things like Ipods etc. But these kind of programs have a habit of crashing windows. I dont think the Asrock ram disk is your ram.

It looks like it lets you create virtual disks etc from the memory you installed

I fixed the wifi problem. I also went into the bios and changed the boot order. I found nothing related to etronxhci.sys, but in the boot order, a USB device was #2 so I changed that.

None of those would have caused it. Did you use Kaspersky's removal tool?? Some of its files may still be on the system. Right mouse on the wireless on the taskbar / troubleshoot what does that say?

Did you get back into windows, or are you still in safe mode? If youre in safe mode it has to be safe mode / networking if you want wireless to work

And also, Im no longer in safe-mode. I have been running normal windows for around 15 minutes now with no problems, but just to be sure, I would like to know how to fix the etronxhci.sys. I will uninstall the rest of the Kaspersky files now, but do you know any antivirus programs I can use now?
