PC Suddenly Not Booting

Around a month ago I built a homeserver and so far I had no issues. However, yesterday I restarted the system (from the Reset button) and now the system won't even get to POST as it keeps on restarting. Initially I blamed the PSU, however this PSU (Coolermaster GX750) had no issues at all with my main build, and as such should not have any issues with my considerably less power hungry server. As such I decided to check every single component in my main PC, and none of them had any issues, leaving only the motherboard untested. I also reseated every component and made sure that every cable is connected, with no luck. Here is a summary of all the things that I have tried so far:

  • - Install the CPU (Intel Pentium K) in my main PC [It worked]
    - Install the RAM (Kingston HyperX) in my main PC [It worked]
    - Install the main PC's CPU in the server [Didn't Work]
    - Install the main PC's RAM in the server [Didn't Work]
    - Install H100 instead of stock Intel cooler to check for overheating [Didn't Work]
    - Use a different (Corsair RM850) power supply [Didn't work]
    - Reset CMOS [Didn't work]
    - Reseat every component [Didn't work]
    - Check that the cables are installed properly [Didn't work]
    - Try to boot without any unneccesary components [Didn't work]
    - Test the entire system out of the case [Didn't work]
    - Turn PSU off from switch [Didn't work]
    - Completely disconnect the front panel and power on by shorting the power connections [Didn't work]

I should mention that the system has done this (bootloop) some times, however this was usually fixed on it's own after a few resets. The motherboard is a mini ITX Gigabyte Z97N-WiFi. I'm totally at loss to what the issue is, however I am mostly blaming the motherboard. At the same time, the motherboard is only a month old, and it was working just a few seconds prior to the problem. I have taken a video of the issue I'm facing and you can see it below.

As you can see, the system powers on, and shuts down after a few seconds. Then it automatically powers on and keeps on looping. On the second boot the display flashes as if it's loading however it switches off before it actually loads. Unfortunately, the motherboard does not have a place to connect a speaker (the beeping sound in the video is the Bitfenix Recon, which has done the beeping sound ever since installed but doesn't seem to have an issue) so I cannot troubleshoot using a speaker.

I'd look for info regarding those 5 beeps your Bitfenix Recon does to find out if it has something related to your issue.

When you mention you tested the pc outside the case I assume you tried it with only CPU, 1 RAM module and video card (if using a dedicated one).

Assuming everything above was ruled out, then:

The boot loop usually occurs for one of these two reasons, either a failing PSU (which you've ruled out), and a dead capacitor(s)/phase regulator(s) in the mobo, so yeah, it seems one of those components died in your mobo (why that happened could be traced to a power surge that your PSU should have protected but seems it didn't).

I can't believe that mobo doesn't have a speaker nor a LED display to check for code errors...

I can't believe that mobo doesn't have a speaker nor a LED display to check for code errors, it's manual doesn't even have a troubleshooting section, I've been always been a fan of Gigabyte but the lack of any source for troubleshooting measures seems just a stupid design.
