Heyo, I'm getting a second monitor, since I'm gonna start taking streaming seriously, is a GTX 760 grapichs enough for dual monitor setup if im playing the game only on one of the monitors and reading the twitch chat/checking obs on the other monitor. :) imo it shouldnt decrease performance that much since im not gonna really use anything except twitch chat on the second monitor, your opinions?!

If you are going to stream on one screen and game on the other, set the games to borderless window mode, it wont tab you out of your game when you want to do something on the other screen, most games should support it, have fun :)
