I have Windows 8.1 and the Blue death screen appeared many times with different causes (volmgrx.sys, msrpc.sys, Critical Process died) so I made a new clean Windows install but after the new install it happened again !!!!!!
I have checked the hard disk (chkdsk) and the ram by memory diagnostics tool and they showed no problems.
I am downloading now this windows copy

Microsoft Windows 8.1 AIO (48in1) with Update (x86/x64) en-US Sep2014

and I hope it works but if it didn't , what should I do?
Thanks in advance

That makes it worse indeed.. If you have extra RAM and it is accessable from the back of your laptop, you could remove it and test if it is what causes your BSOD's. But since the memory diagnostics is telling you that the ram is ok, that is unlikely your problem. The only advice I can give you then is to try the new install as you have planned. If that does not help, you should bring the computer back to the vendor if you still have a warranty or another PC repair shop.

Many different BSOD messages CAN suggest that it is some kind of hardware failure. I would try to start up the system with only minimal required components and see if the BSOD continues. (also try booting up with only one RAM stick at at time) If the MB allows it I whould even remove the gfx card and boot with monitor connected to onboard DVI
