I have been experiencing this for a while now. I wont be able to say how long but actually might have been year or so, but i just recently noticed it.

Anyways, on games like CS GO my FPS drops from 40 to 20 or less for like 4 seconds and then goes back up again. I tried MSI afterburner and downclocked Core Clock from 672 to 640 and memory clock from 800 to 760. I use laptop with Intel core i7 CPU and Nvidia 630m. It should be able to run CS GO fine as long as the reviews for my laptop goes. I dont know whats wrong.
here is a screenshot from MSI afterburner hw monitor.

And this happens in games like Minecraft, BF3 and CS GO, GTA IV where i should be able to run them properly. Although League of Legends, TF2 runs fine.

Whats the problem?
