registry file faiure no start

on startup windows wants username & password suddly & want let me log in ,will not to repair or anything cd rom does not even work gives me this message:

registry file failure
registry could not load hive:
/systemRoot\system32\config\software
or its log or alternate
is corrupt,absent,or not writable
contact system admin
physical memory to disk:100

and thats all it does not even control + alt +delete works ! was working fine shut it down next time turned it on has me locked out! HEELLLPPPPPP!

If the SOFTWARE hive, along with its backup is corrupt to the point that it can no longer be loaded then the only alternative is to gain access to the drive (connect it externally to another computer), copy important files off, then reinstall Windows. The SOFTWARE hive is a very important part of the registry and your system will not function without it.
