which graphics card for a 755 sff?

Ok it time for my second noobish question, which graphics card should I choose? I've narrowed it down to either the radeon hd 5450 or the gforce 610 both are low profile card with hdmi. But being a complete novice I'm have no idea which one to choose.

The os is vista 32 bit with 2 gig of ram if that helps any also the psu is the stock 275w one

In wouldn't pour too much money into that slim line PC. It will be mostly for naught. With a small 225W PSU and an old LGA 775 socketed motherboard, you won't make a gamer out of it no matter what you try.
The GT 720, R5-230, GT 630 would be a slight improvement on your choices, though, and still stay under budget. You can compare cards here:

The GT 720 would probably be the best.
But none of them are 1080p cards. 720p at best.

The cpu is a core 2 duo 2.3 and the psu is a stock 275w there will be a big of gaming thing like wot, wow and maybe mech warrior online stuff like that nothing too heavy, I understand that this was never intended to be a gaming rig, and my budget is small very small maybe £50 for the card I would like to upgrade the cpu but that will have to be done once I have more cash
