Hey everyone. I am due for an upgrade for a phone and I think that I couldn't be eligible for an upgrade at a better time with all of the new smartphones being released. Among the three phones that I have posted in the thread title, which phone should I get?

iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, or the Samsung Galaxy Note 4

Consider the screen sizes, hardware, and other important aspects. I have an iPhone 4 and have always been an Apple fan. Verizon would give me 14 days to try out the Note 4 and if I don't like it, I would be able to return it and get a different phone.

Thanks for your input everyone!

P.S: For the Note 4, my local Best Buy (not sure if this is national or global, but it probably is), they are offering a trade-in credit of a guaranteed $200 when you trade-in ANY working smartphone. One of the associates told me that the $200 doesn't have to be used toward the pre-order of the Note 4, but it can be (and what is advertised on the piece of paper explaining the ordeal).

I would go with the Note 4. The new iPhones have had issues with the software pretty bad, cost a lot more for apps while ANdroid has lots of free apps, it has faster better hardware, and lately theres been a funny bit about the iPhone bending. Literally people are sitting down with it in their pockets and the pants are too tight and the iphone 6 bends. Thats just poor construction.

Only you knows the right size. After it is iOS vs Android. If you have an iPhone 4 and love the iOS experience, well stick with it.
iPhone 6 vs Plus version, beside the size I think the plus premium is exaggerated.
Still, nothing is preventing you to try the Android/Samsung side. Specs-wise, there isn't much that stands out but the customisation abilities are far greater on the android side, you can even obliterate the samsung skin and install a cleaner (depending of your taste) Cyanogen Mod or something.

So yeah, if you don't want to ''re-learn'' to use a smartphone, stick with the iPhone. If you'd like to explore new avenues, go for the 4.
