Which one of these laptops should I buy and why?

Graphics card isn't a problem for me really just for abit of java c++ ,maybe some 2d/3d graphics anyway one should I buy? which one would be better, I'm not an intel fan I love AMD

For programming only the first one should be enough. The second is only good if you want to do some 3d graphic design.
