GPU : MSI R9 270X GAMING 2G ITX 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
Processor : Intel i5-4570 3.20 GHz
RAM: 8 GBs

I can run Metro Last Light, PvZ Garden Warfare, Deus Ex Human Revolution, Bioshock Infinite, Sniper Elite 3, and Dark Souls 2 @ 60 FPS Maxed, could it also handle this game too?

In GTA 4 though, I have to put render distance settings and other stuff like that down to 25 out of 100 I think to maintain like 40-50 fps. PLEASE AWNSER :C

your graphics card meets the recommended requirement of the game, it says GTX 660 and your gpu is faster..its most likely that you won't be able to max it out, but you can play on tweaked Ultra smoothly with Texture on medium.

a side question .. did you suffered from frame drops in far cry 3 to 30 fps and even 20 fps sometimes?

no i didnt i got max fps 60 but some times it went on to 55 , and ran smooth like butter.
shadow of the mordor runs smoothly too ,you can even set texture to high which is 3 gb vram but still you get 50 fps
