I have an old desktop that I was hoping to upgrade to a gaming worthy desktop. I have included a basic parts list of what I have now and a list of what I hope to have after this renovation. If you could recommend some parts that would be great. Please bear with me, I have no knowledge on computers and this was built by a friend. Thanks for all the help! (trying to keep the price tag below $600)

What I have now-

1x Antec EarthWatts Green EA-430D Green 430W Continuous power ATX12V v2.3 / EPS 12V 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply

1x G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL8D-4GBHK

1x Western Digital WD Green WD15EARS 1.5TB 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive

1x LITE-ON 24X DVD Writer 24X DVD+R 8X DVD+RW 12X DVD+R DL 24X DVD-R 6X DVD-RW 16X DVD-ROM 48X CD-R 32X CD-RW 48X CD-ROM Black SATA Model iHAS424-98 LightScribe Support

1x Intel Core i5-750 Lynnfield Quad-Core 2.66GHz LGA 1156 95W Processor BX80605I5750

1x Antec Three Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

1x GIGABYTE GV-R435OC-512I Radeon HD 4350 512MB 64-Bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card

Here are the specifications I would like to have, sorry if its vague.

16 gigs of RAM
1 TB hard-drive
3.8+ ghz processor
Nice graphics card for the money
Lots of 3.0/2.0 USB ports
Attractive, LED, see through case
Dual monitor support

That's all I can think of off the top of my head, keep in mind I have no idea what I am doing. Feel free to ask questions and thanks for your help! Trying to keep under a budget of 5-600$!

everything seems quite dated only things you can reuse is the Case, DVD, and HDD. also you wont need 16GB of ram it would a waste of$ to get more than 8GB and your budget would not allow for it infact on that budget do not worry about new case or LEDs and things like that you need hardware reuse your old Case and do this if you cant spend the $700 wait for GTX 960 to be released
also i noticed you put 3.8GHZ CPU GHZ do not really matter 3GHZ intel cpu will outmatch 4GHZ amd CPU
