Whats a good 600 dollar pc build for playing skyrim 60 fps on high settings?

Hey guys need help with my first pc build and no idea where to start after days of research im still lost. Its going to be just for playing games mostly skyrim so i can do mods. I would to be able to play on high graphics setting with no lag and 60 fps. Can you guys recommend anything my budget is 600 dollars thanks.

We have likely never had them but we have plenty enough experience to know which parts are good, what their performance is like, and how good overall they are.

So these builds will work and fit etc.... Any good builds that run skyrim on high 60fps around 500. And will other cases work with these items?
