I have bought a i5 4570 Quad core
from: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Intel-Graphics-BX80646I54570-Ge...
and one of my processors doesn't show up anywhere.

I have checked device manager, task manager, msconfig and they all show 3 cores.
I have also checked and updated my driver.
Any help would be appreciated

You can limit the number of processors with an environment variable. Go to manage computer, then advanced system settings. Check the environment variables in the system variables. There is a "NUMBER_OF_PROCESSORS" it should be 4 for you.

Just to verify, you do realize that core counts start at 0, yes?

Hi, sorry for wasting your time, I was fiddling around with the bios after asking this question and found out that I somehow
(like an idiot) managed to limit the number of processors to 3.
