I'm planning on purchasing a Lenovo Z50, and I was wondering if it can run Sony Vegas and Photoshop smoothly? On my previous laptop, the rendering on Sony Vegas was extremely slow.
Sony Vegas Requirements:
Windows® 7, 8, or 8.1 operating system (64-bit)
2 GHz processor (multicore or multiprocessor CPU recommended for HD or stereoscopic 3D; 8 cores recommended for 4K)
1 GB drive space for program installation
SSD or high-speed multi-disk RAID for 4K media
8 GB RAM recommended; 16 GB recommended for 4K
The Specs for Z50 are:
Processor: 4th Generation Intel Core i7-4510U Processor (2.00GHz 1600MHz 4MB)
Operating system: Windows 8.1 64
Graphics: Intel® HD Graphics 4400
Memory: 4.0GB PC3-12800 DDR3L SDRAM 1600 MHz
Hard Drive: Hybrid 500GB 5400 RPM+8GB SSHD
Are there any more suitable (Cheaper or Thinner, I just want a laptop that can run Sony Vegas passably) laptops?
