Here's my build and will most likely order all of the parts tomorrow. Simply can't wait. I'm still open for suggestions feel free to change things if needed, also can some add in a cheap mouse that's not logitech.

I was just highlighting Power Supply Units (PSU) manufacturers. Esco_sid fixed your build by replacing the questionable PSU in the original build with an EVGA one.

I don't really think there is anything wrong with Esco-sid's build. After a certain point it becomes personal preference. Like the motherboard. There's nothing wrong with the MSIZ97 but I would have selected an Asus or ASRock instead. Just preference.

The only thing I think you should change is the SSD. Get a larger one. I have a 250GB Samsung EVO myself and it's half full. What...

Really? So the case is the problem? Well PCPartsPicker said that since my Gigabyte is bigger than other 970s it has some compatibility issue, I'm not sure I just saw the note and this my first time building a computer I'm really new at this, so I didn't want to risk getting a mid tower case and then realizing it doesn't fit.

i Would go with EVGA as far as video card manufacturers go and here is what else i would personally change

Well I did consider EVGA at first but then I read reviews about EVGA's 970 having issues with it like coil whines and such. I edited my build check it out.

2nd choice would be ASUS for me and that gygabyte card costs like $40 More than other 970s put that $ into better power supply usually best choices are evga, XFX, Seasonic( although i did not check who manufactures the one you put in)

So everything else is good besides the GPU and the PSU?

Can you please edit my build instead cause what you said seems half gibberish to me. What about the rest? Besides the PSU do you see any other issues like things you can change? Thank you.

Never defrag a SSD. SSDs are not like HDD (hard drives). If you defrag an SSD, you will scramble your data on the drive. Also, do not fill up the SSD beyond 75-80%. SSDs are fast. If you fill it up more than 75%, the SSD will slow down. So you should keep that in mind when installing programs on it. So if you were to think about it, a 75% of a 120 GB SSD is 90GB. That's easy to fill with Windows and two games. I typically suggest a larger SSD from the start, nothing lower than 120GB.
