Explain what you mean by "reset". What exactly did you do?

i had a virus so i turned it on,pressed f11 then this blue screen with tons of options appeared so i went to the system tab and was reading what they all do when i accidently pressed enter on the reset system default button.

Ok, well, for one thing, no need to bump so much.
So, first thing I would suggest you do is make 110% sure that Windows has indeed been erased. Restart the computer, and quickly press and hold the button that corresponds to the boot menu (usually F10 or the like, it will say on the startup screen).
(Not entirely sure how the layout of your laptop's boot screen is, so just going off of the common elements here)
Scroll to "System Drive", "C Drive", or "Harddrive", and select it.
Computer should *try* to boot off the harddrive.
If it succeeds, and goes to windows, congratulations, and don't *accidentally* push buttons anymore.
If not, then I would suggest either waiting until school starts, and having them fix it, OR calling/emailing technical support for your brand of computer, and asking either what to do, or for a Windows 8.1 restore disk.
Hope this helps, and next time, be careful :p
