The Team 2400 is actually $5 cheaper. Which one should I get?

Best solution
Set XMP profile1 and I bet the voltage will automatically be set. If not it is simple to increase it. Won't hurt a thing.
EDIT:
Most memory that high in MHz will be higher than the default 1.5V.
2nd EDIT:
All these 2400MHz memory kits are 1.65V

Those team sticks have a good cas10, too.

Also, the heatsink might be removable on the Team memory, if need be.Are those heat sinks necessary?
Not so much. They are more of a gimmick to make the memory look cool, IMO. If you have a good cooling system moving the heat out of the case, that's all you really need besides the CPU cooler.
