Your question

Does my potential build have anything that should be changed for performance for about the same price?

You don't mention what DRAM - would go 1866/9 or even 2133/9 - also on the H60 can save some some money and get better cooling out of a Hyper 212 EVO, basically takes at least a H100 to beat the EVO cooling wise
