I just built an awesome computer rig a few days ago and it has been running very well. Only one minor concern. Sometimes when I boot up my system is goes past the Bios splash screen then pops up with a TEAL screen. It is stuck there but when I hit enter it has black lines come across it then go away, doing it repetitively does nothing either. The only way to fix this is to ctrl alt del and it will restart and boot up like normal. Everyone of my parts in my build have been very healthy. I am concerned why it is doing this. My guess it's software/BIOS related. Give me any feedback to why you think this has been happening. Thanks!

PSU or DRAM were first thoughts, PSU should be fine unless failing, could be GPU or possibly a bad stick of DRAM, if available might try a different GPU or PSU, and also on DRAM try it with 1 stick at a time and see if error occurs
