A BD player will be of no use at all in trying to retrieve data from a hard drive. I really can't make much sense of your post so perhaps you'd better try and explain it better.
Can you mount the file system using Linux Reader for Windows (freeware)?

Can you show us sector 0? You could use a disc editor (eg DMDE freeware) for this purpose. This will tell us the partition type(s).
