Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 vs Scythe Katana 4

Hello,
I want to replace my Intel stock cooler, and I'm debating between Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 and Scythe Katana 4.
What do you think? Which one is better?

I recently upgraded my motherboard to Asus Z97-a and originally tried the Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 Limited Edition, however I had problems with the Asus AiSuite3 not correctly recognising the Freezer 13. Tried various remedies but it appears that several people have had problems with Freezer 7/13's and Asus, so eventually I changed to Scythe Katana4. Since installing I've had no problems. Must admit the Freezer 13 looked better and seemed better built, however no good if it will not work correctly.
