heres my build:
https://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=wish_lis...
i have 2 of those GPU's by the way.
ok so i have the latest (non beta) CCC (catalyst control centre)

ok so pretty much I've tested this on a few games with the same results.
both intensive and non intensive (far cry 3 on ultra and war frame). to give you an idea of how unintensive war frame is. it runs on my early 2011 macbook pro (with windows). so my gpu should easily be able to run it.

now war frame can run at 500fps on my computer. but if i choose to enable vertical sync then it goes no higher then 60FPS (my tv's max fps). now when i move fast it has a little lag like as if it just drops of missed a few frames and then back to normal. however if i turn off vsync and it goes up to 500fps then it works fine. if i only use 1 GPU (disable crossfire) and have vsync on then it works fine.

so this raises my question. is crossfire stuffing up? why is it missing a few frames on games?. i mean i could run it at 500fps but then my computer heats up. i could also turn off crossfire every time i want to run a non intensive game but thats kind of annoying over time

when i look at my bios. it says "ATI gpu, running gat x8 native"
and the second gpu it says ""ATI gpu, running gat x4 native"
could this be a problem?

Why not make a macro or some sort of profile for such games? It sounds like a driver issue with synchronizing frames between cards and the refresh rate of the monitor.(sort of like a frame pacing error but not quite?) It is not uncommon for one to feel input lag with vsync on though. I would go report it to AMD by going on their site and looking for their bug submission form. It might not feel like it but believe it or not they really do look at stuff like this and take it into consideration.

Oh and I would try the beta drivers too. They're only called beta drivers because AMD doesn't want to pay the roughly $700 fee to get their drivers WQHL signed by Microsoft.

i wouldn't mind making profiles for my games. but i don't know what to choose. i know how to make a profile and select it to a game but i don't know what options i should choose for a profile

Wouldn't you just go into CCC and change your application settings for each game?

its ok. i kind of found out what settings to put on. i looked at a wolfenstein video and I've noticed if i put those settings on other games(war frame and 2 others) then it becomes alright

There are new AMD drivers that came out yesterday. You could try those maybe?
