using windows from another computers hardrive

okay my last pc was intel and nvidea blah blah and i sold that pc n build a pc with amd cpu and gpu and i uninstall all intell and nvidea drivers i could find and searched for intel and nvidea files to delete, well im trying to run crossfire with 2 r9 270s (non x) and i dont get performance boost... could this be the cause? im running latest amd 14.7 beta after using 14.4 ect ive tried using all kinds of drivers, uninstall and reinstalling etc... my mobo is an ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 990x dx11 with fx 6300 watercooled and corrsair hx 700 and gpus stay under 60 when gaming

First uninstall All the video drivers and run on a single card, then would go back and get an older version, I've been having trouble w/ 14.4 and 14.7 and AMD can't explaine anything either, load the Drivers and then add the second card and hookup XFire
