is asrock z97 extreme 3 best for overclocking i5 4670k and for sli 'ing zotac gtx970...my budget is indian rs 12,000?if not then please suggest?

Yep its SLI capable and great MoBo for OCing too. It has 8 power phases and SLI support, added to that 12K rated caps, a good buy for the price
