Today I wanted to raise my CPU overclock a bit to see if I could push further. Are my settings alright? My i5 3570 reaches 4.3Ghz on single thread loads, I bumped it up to 4.2Ghz on all threads - I'd try and get to 4.5Ghz but I was having problems getting it remotely stable at 4.4Ghz with good temps. It was sitting at (-100mhz - 4.1Ghz all threads) for around a month now and I'm trying to push it more.

well I got my 3570k to 4.5 pretty easy but I'm at a voltage wall to go any higher. What are your voltages like? I didnt notice them on there. Also what are your temps stress testing?

Check this, and my CPU is the non-K version (I use 'non-k' version): http://valid.x86.fr/uzcm9g

Max temp: 75 degrees
Volts: 1.176
Max freq. utilizing all cores: 4.22Ghz

Wow I would say they are very good then. Good enough that I assumed you just left the k out on accident.

Any ideas on how I could raise the overclock any further? I can't seem to get it stable at 4.4Ghz but want to reach it if possible (and if possible aim for 4.5Ghz).

I guess raising the BCLK could be an option but I thought anything more than 103 isn't a very good idea.
