im having a issue with the ASUS Z97-A motherboard when i play a game like BF3. when ever the graphics come up on the monitor a ringing sound come out and its very annoying. im using a nvidia evga GTX670 ftw 4gb video card and it works perfectly and is not overheating. all 5 fans are running full speed when i play the game and it still does the ringing. how can i turn it off or fix the cause of the ringing sound?

update: i have valley benchmark software and i installed it and did a test run at 1920x1080 with high settings and it would do that beeping sound, but it would run perfectly at 60-80fps at about 70+ C degrees. when i would do a test again at medium settings and it runs great at about 90-100fps at about the same temps and no beeping sound. what i did notice is the bios had a wattage limit on the cpu of about 35watts. im running a i5 4690K with a big coolermaster cpu cooler. the ring sound i hear is coming from the motherboard not the graphics card. my motherboard is a ASUS Z97-A. Could the cpu be starving under load?
