So through a mix up i ended up with 2 sets of ADATA XPG V2 RAM, one 1600 MHz CL9 and the other 2400 MHz CL11Can i combine the two sets or am i better off selling them? they are 16 gig sets and i use the computer mainly for video editing and gaming.

The specs of the computer are:
i7 4790k
GB Z97x UD3H

(possibly unrelated specs)
840 EVO 128gb
2tb WD green
r9 290 windforce

1600: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DOP2YUC/ref=oh_aui_...

2400: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DOP2PM4/ref=oh_aui_...

Any help is greatly appreciated THANKS :p

Thanks, so it should run at the lowest speed of the sets? I don't want to open the packaging if it's avoidable in case I have to sell it again
Thanks again :p

pretty much all chips should run at tradesman speeds. there is a risk that this will not work
