A few months ago i had a new pc built and everything had been mostly fine but now after a few hours of use it will crash to a blue screen, the cpu i had was overclocked so i figured that would be the issue, i restored the clock speed to default settings but now the pc will just freeze completely instead of going to the bsod.
If anyone could help me with this problem i would greatly appreciate it.

Gigabyte G1 Sniper Z87 Motherboard
XFX Radeon R9 280X Double Dissipation 3GB x2 in a crossfire setup.
