I can't decide what system I should get, the base build will be

RAM: G.Skill Sniper F3 8GB 1600MHz 9-9-9-24, 1.5v $99 or Kingston Hyper X Fury 8GB 1600Mhz DDR3, 10-10-10 @ 1.5v $99 or Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB 1866MHz, 9-11-9, 1.5v $105

I planing to get two 980gtx in 1-2 weeks time

I currently have two Crucial MX100 512GB SSD, one R9 290 Gigabyte(planning to sell),4K Samsung U28D590D 28in Monitor , Gigabyte GHOST M8000X Mouse and a NZXT Phantom 820 Case

No reason to get X79 when it's already been replaced with X99, and even then X99 really isn't worth it because high cost of DDR4. Go with LGA 150 and put more money in the graphics if you're gaming.

As far as keyboard goes I personally wouldn't get any of the above. There's much better you can get for the price range like the Cooler Master Storm or Gigabyte Osmium series. Go for the 850W G2 - it's currently one of the best PSUs on the market and got a perfect 10/10 on Jonnyguru (a rare feat) : http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=377
