Deciding on a Mini-ITX motherboard?

In making the decision for buying a motherboard, what should i look at? I see so many motherboards at various prices and don't know which one I should pick. For example, I see the MSI AM1I AM1 for $34, then see the ASUS P8H61-I for $80. These are both Mini ITX boards. I do not need a high quality motherboard, just something that is reliable and can handle a GTX 750 Ti FTW, a Corsair CX750M, an SSD, optical drive, 2 TB HD, an Intel i3-2120. I have a stock full size ATX board from Dell. I'm assuming anything from Gigabyte, ASUS, MSI, Asrock, will be better than a stock Dell Motherboard, but I could be wrong. Again, my processor is a Intel i3-2120, so the socket type is the LGA 1155, is the MSI AM1I AM1 a good deal compared to the ASUS P8H61-I? Is the extra price worth it?

A confused PC user,

Colby H.

Solution
The MSI AM1I AM1 is for AMD Socket AM1 Athlon™ /Sempron™ Processors, not your Intel i3. It will not work at all.

Go for the Asus, a much better board and the only one that will work of the two.

Oops, I never saw that I accidentally listed an AMD board. I meant the difference between the ASRock: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

The ASUS: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

The Gigabyte: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

All LGA 1155, my error on the post before.
