Ethernet shows connected but no internet

Error from internet explorer diagnostic:
HTTP, HTTPS, FTP Diagnostic
HTTP, HTTPS, FTP connectivity

warn FTP (Passive): Error 12007 connecting to ftp.microsoft.com: The server name or address could not be resolved
warn HTTP: Error 12007 connecting to www.microsoft.com: The server name or address could not be resolved
warn HTTPS: Error 12007 connecting to www.microsoft.com: The server name or address could not be resolved
warn FTP (Active): Error 12007 connecting to ftp.microsoft.com: The server name or address could not be resolved
warn HTTP: Error 12007 connecting to www.hotmail.com: The server name or address could not be resolved
warn HTTPS: Error 12007 connecting to www.passport.net: The server name or address could not be resolved
error Could not make an HTTP connection.
error Could not make an HTTPS connection.
error Could not make an FTP connection.
info Redirecting user to support call

I have run eset and malewarebytes with no virus or maleware.I have installed the most recent drivers of Intel Pro/1000 PM network connection, i don't know what to do else.Please help.

I have plugged the cable on another port which is working another pc and still doesn't work.something goes wrong

Do you have a bios setting that you need to enable wireless networking for your motherboard. What kind of wireless adapter is it?

I have a cable connected to ethernet port.The network icon shows that is connected.But when i start the browser,page not found error appears

Then do so. Control Panel, Network and Internet, Network and Sharing Center, Connect to a Network.
