poor performance with far cry 3.. help? stuttering in cutscenes.

I don't understand why it does that! did they not care about optimizing it for PC? just wondering. When I play it, it's fine.. I want to know how to make it run better(fps wise), but in cut scenes, there is this blurry zig-zag windowish margin that appears. I'm sorry for the wording, but curious !

Post your specs, that's the first order of business for us to help.

Far Cry 3 is very well optimized for PC from my experience, I never lagged or stuttered in this game. I play at 1080p Ultra, 4xmsaa. Solid 40fps with single 660ti and 70 fps SLI. I'm not familiar with a "blurry zig-zag windowish margin?" Never happened to me *shrugs* Do you mean artifacting?
